So I was trying to get a good picture of this spider that’s on my sliding door and these birds came flying in. Maybe you can see that one of them had a moth or something in its mouth.

Because I love essential oils I wanted to share that peppermint essential oil is great at keeping spiders away.
Also wanted to share an emotional tip because so many of us have a fear of spiders. Fear in general is an emotion to protect us. The problem is we can become hyper sensitive to certain things like spiders. Whatever your fear is it can also be damaging to the body. If our cortisol levels remain high they start to damage the cells in our body and then we start to have diseases that show up.
Ways To Cope With Fear
1. Assess if the threat is real or imagined.
2. If it’s real get to safety or take care of the threat.
3. Put on an essential oil ie. lavender, wild orange. There are others that are calming.
You want to add this chemistry to your own chemistry to protect the cells so you can stay happy and health.
