What are some things that cause you stress in your life?  We all have it so why do some people seems to have little to none?  Do they have a secret pill that the rest of us would love to take?  NO.  Sometimes I wish it was as simple as taking a pill but it’s not so I am going to do a series of these posts so they aren’t too long but will provide you with some valuable tips to help control your stress.

Sometimes to relieve stress all it takes is breathing to relieve stress.  I know that sounds simple crazy but it’s true.  When we are in a high stress situation a lot of times we hold our breath.  That triggers a whole chain reaction of chemicals being released in our bodies which can create other problem like weight gain.

Sooo my tip for today is breathe.  Take 10 deep slow breaths and see how you feel.
