Weight loss can be so hard. I have gone into a slump and really want to get healthy. Does weight really matter? I believe it does because carrying around extra weight can change hormone levels in your body. This can effect everything! So many people have type 2 diabetes and studies have shown a large majority is due to a diet that is also related to being overweight.
Why should we care you ask?. What are some of the things you would love to do but can’t do because of your weight? One thing I would like to do is fully stretch. I want to be flexible but can’t pull myself down all the way because my stomach gets in the way.
Let’s recommit ourselves to being healthy in our eating and our other activities so we can have the lifestyle we want.
