Have you ever want to lose weight but you couldn’t get yourself motivated to do it or keep yourself motivated?

Have you wanted to live a healthier lifestyle, but you weren’t quite sure how?

This has been me for a long time.  I have tried many diets and none of them worked because I wasn’t changing my lifestyle but just dieting.  I have joined a 90 day challenge and I want to share with you little tips I learn along the way.  I also will share my struggles and triumphs so you don’t feel alone and can learn from my mistakes.

Here we go.  So I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and a lot of things have come up.

The first week I did everything perfect because that is how I will win this challenge in my mind.

Second week came along and I started struggling because I needed more variety in my diet.  I still did everything perfect but emotionally I struggled.  Sandy (my husband got an IN n Out burger which I love and I ate a salad.  I was upset and pouted a little but I got over it (at least I thought I did).  The next day he got pizza or had me pick up pizza which really triggered me.  I  got home threw the pizza on the counter and got dressed to go on a bike ride.  I drank a protein shake for dinner and I was off.  The only problem with that was I had a lot of frustration built up inside me and I was going to ride hard (which I did) but my kids had hurried and ate some pizza then came with me.  Two of them got stomach cramps.  I felt bad after my bike ride because I had made it miserable for them.  I had taken the fun out of bike riding and that was the last thing I wanted to do.  If you learn at a young age that exercising is fun it will be easier to do when you are older.  I knew I needed to come up with a solution to my eating problem and fast.
