I want to share 3 ways to strengthen your immune system.

1. Make sure to eat properly.  Eating 6 cups of leafy greens each day such as spinach, kale, collards, or any edible large leaf green gives your body the nutrients that it needs.  Eating them raw will also give some digestive enzymes.

2. Use Doterra’s protective blend every morning and night on the bottom of your feet. One to two drops is plenty to use because it is so potent.  It has the #1 anti oxidant in it which is clove having over 1,000,000.  The reason we want anti oxidants is because we eat, breathe in, and absorb toxins called free radicals everyday which is damaging to our cells.  We want to fight those free radicals with anti oxidants.  You hear in commercials that things such as blue berries are a great source of anti oxidants but, did you know that they only have about 2500 anti oxidants in them?  We want to BLAST our system to fight those threats that we hear so much about on TV today.  We can be healthy and if we feel like we are coming down with anything we really want to boost our immune system.

Get your body out and move around.  Did you know that the happier we are the more our body will fight threats?  A positive attitude is huge in the way we feel physically.  Dance to some music.  Go to an exercise class.  Get out in natural on a walk.  Pretty much get out and move and do something you enjoy while you move.
