1 c red quinoa
2 avocados
2 mangos
1 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup corn
1 1/2 cup black beans
1 c tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 drop cilantro doTERRA EO
1/2 red onion
Juice of 1lime squeezed
1-2 drops lime doterra EO
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T extra virgin Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
